Morten Sonne
Morten Sjælland started his career with online marketing as a freelancer back in April 2020, when Kasper launched his first version of his mentor program. Alongside his full-time job, he built an impressive customer portfolio, which was noticed and recognized by Kasper, who offered him a position at Sedia ApS—initially as a performance marketer responsible for the growth of specific clients.
Since then, Morten has worn several hats in the company, where he has acted as a Student Success Manager for the mentor program, involving daily interaction with participants, onboarding new members, and conducting weekly live Q&As, where he has shared his knowledge about advertising on social media and managing clients.
In 2023, Morten Sjælland became a partner at Sedia ApS, where he is responsible for the daily operations and ensuring positive customer experiences at Sedia ApS. He does this, among other things, through a monthly NPS survey, gathering feedback from all our customers, ranking performance, communication, dedication on a scale of 1-10, and providing relevant feedback, which he uses to make improvements.
Naturally, Morten is extremely structured and disciplined, which means his two favorite apps, checked and updated several times a day, are his Google Calendar and his to-do list, which he uses to remember and jot down everything.
